Your Right to Data Deletion
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we hold.
At Little Frenchies, we respect your privacy rights and have made the data deletion process as straightforward as possible.
What Data We Store
Before requesting deletion, here is an overview of the personal data we may hold about you:

How to Request Data Deletion
Email us at privacy@littlefrenchies.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
Include the following information so we can identify your account:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- Whether you want full account deletion or deletion of specific data only
To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing the request. We may ask you to confirm your identity by responding from the email address on file or providing additional verification.
Once verified, we will process your deletion request. Response within 30 days
You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
What Gets Deleted
When you request full account deletion, the following will be permanently removed:
- Your account and profile information (name, email)
- Your children's information (names, ages)
- Your communication preferences
- Your event registration history
- Your Stripe customer ID from our systems
Third-Party Data
In addition to deleting data from our systems, we will:
- Stripe: Request deletion of your customer record from Stripe. You may also contact Stripe Support directly.
- Google Analytics: Analytics data is anonymized and cannot be linked back to individual users. You can use Google's opt-out browser add-on to prevent future data collection.
- EventBrite: If you purchased tickets through EventBrite, you will need to contact EventBrite separately for their records.
Data We May Retain
In certain cases, we may be required to retain some data for legal or regulatory reasons, including:
- Financial records: Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting compliance
- Legal obligations: Data needed to comply with legal proceedings or law enforcement requests
- Fraud prevention: Minimal data necessary to prevent fraud or abuse
We will inform you if any of your data falls under a retention requirement.
Your Additional GDPR Rights
Beyond data deletion (Article 17 - Right to Erasure), you also have the right to:
- Access (Article 15) — Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
- Rectification (Article 16) — Correct any inaccurate personal data
- Restrict Processing (Article 18) — Limit how we use your data
- Data Portability (Article 20) — Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Object to Processing (Article 21) — Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for marketing
- Withdraw Consent — Withdraw consent for processing at any time

Supervisory Authority
If you are located in the EU/EEA and believe we have not adequately addressed your data protection concerns, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority (DPA).
